Mid-Atlantic Disposal, Inc. (“MAD,” “we,” or “us”) provides residential and commercial waste collection in Hoke and Robeson counties, North Carolina. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our website, customer signup, and support tools.

Information we collect

We collect contact details you submit (name, service address, email, phone), billing preference, and limited payment information needed to process Auto-Pay or quarterly invoices. We do not store full credit card numbers in this prototype; card data is reduced to the last four digits for account display.

How we use information

We use your information to schedule service, dispatch carts, send invoices and service notices, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We may share information with payment processors, hauling partners, and service providers who help us operate. We may also disclose information when required by law.
